EB-5 Visa Bulletin August 2018

[dropcap]The[/dropcap] U.S. Department of State Bureau of Consular Affairs  has released its upcoming EB-5 Visa Bulletin August 2018. The good news is that no new countries are currently facing retrogression.

The bad news is that the visa bulletin does not show any forward change in movement. Final action date for applicants (regional center and non-regional center applicants) from Mainland China and Vietnam remains August 1, 2014. This has not changed since June 2018.

Additionally, the date to file for EB-5 investors (regional center and non-regional center investors) from Mainland China is still October 1, 2014. This date has not changed since July 2018.

EB-5 dates for filing August 2018 The final action dates and the dates to file for investors from all other countries remains “C” or current.
